Join MESC board president and resume and cover letter enthusiast, Carolina Zataray, as she guides participants on the key skills that can help you land that interview you’ve been hoping to get. Positions in museum education were competitive prior to COVID-19 shutdowns, but will only become more so as museums reopen. Carolina will provide key points to follow and pitfalls to avoid when writing cover letters and resumes.
From 6:00 to 6:30 pm, we’ll discuss pointers for resumes and cover letters. After, you’ll meet with a museum professional to work one-on-one during your designated appointment time. Sign up for an appointment time when you register on Zoom. Appointment times will be either 6:30-7:00 pm, 7:00-7:30 pm, or 7:30-8:00 pm on November 5th.
