#MESCommunity: The Future of K-12 Field Trips, Part 2

In May 2020, MESC hosted The Future of K-12 Field Trips (2020-2021), a program that brought together museum educators and K-12 administrators to discuss concerns and brainstorm strategies for how museums can best serve K-12 audiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, ten months later, many museum education departments have created dynamic new forms of online programming for K-12 classrooms. Join MESC for the second iteration of this conversation, in which a panel of museum educators will share their K-12 offerings and reflect on lessons learned from the past ten months. After panelists’ presentations, there will be time for questions and group discussion.

Panelists:

Tara Burns, Specialist, Family and K-12 Audiences, Hammer Museum
