Is being digitally literate now required in the field of education? How do we embody inclusivity from programming to marketing? How can we as museum educators be more responsive in all of our practices to the audiences we serve? Tune in to this Digital Program (conducted via Zoom call!), where we will explore social media basics, best practices, Alternative Text and Inclusive Digital Marketing Strategies as they relate to Education Departments in a variety of institutions.
This program will be facilitated by Nina Dubinsky. A little bit about her: Nina is a Seattle native with a passion for all things internet. She is currently the Seattle Art Museum's social media coordinator, a position where her two loves and degrees—art and communication—meet in the middle. When she's not 'gramming about art she's making it—she also enjoys traveling, naps, and a strong cup of tea!
Tune in Thursday, May 30th, and join the conversation! (Access to the Zoom call will be sent out to participant's emails!) All are welcome to participate, regardless of amount of prior experience in the field of social media practices.
